1. What is BugReplay Cloud?

BugReplay Cloud is a bug reporting & feedback tool that creates a synchronized recording of user actions, network traffic, JavaScript logs and other environmental data. It’s used by web developers, quality assurance professionals, product managers, UX/UI designers, and just about anyone else on your team. You can watch a tutorial video here.

2. How does it work?
After downloading our browser extension (currently available on Chrome & Firefox), simply click on the extension, click record, retrace your steps, and then save the report. Anyone on your team can view the report, or you can send it to anyone using a shareable URL. It’s easy to use, and whoever receives the report can see exactly what went wrong and when. 3. What if we need more than 14 days to evaluate BugReplay?
If you haven’t purchased BugReplay before the trial ends, and you need a little more time, just let us know. We’d be happy to extend your trial.

4. What happens when the trial ends? Will I be charged?
While we ask for your credit card during the registration process, we don’t charge you until you decide you want to purchase BugReplay. At any time during the trial, or when the trial ends, you can decide what you want to do. If you want to continue using BugReplay, you’ll have the opportunity to select a plan.

5. How long are your contracts? Is there a discount if I pay annually?
BugReplay charges monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. If you pay once annually, we offer a 20% discount.

6. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.

7 .Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can switch plans at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading or downgrading your subscription, you will receive either a prorated charge or refund, depending on the cost of the new subscription.

8. My team is a nonprofit organization/educational institution/student group. Is there special pricing available?
Let us know more about you and how you plan to use BugReplay at support@bugreplay.com, and we’ll see what we can do.

9. What is BugReplay Desktop?
BRD offers the same bug reporting & feedback tool as BugReplay Cloud except, in the case of BugReplay Desktop, all the bug reports are isolated to your computer and stored locally. You’ll simply use a license key to install BugReplay directly onto your computer, and the video reports themselves are saved as self-contained web pages and make no network requests. BRD, which we expect to launch in May 2018, is designed to be compliant with your IT network security policies.

10. What is Feedback by BugReplay?
While both BugReplay and Feedback by BugReplay produce the same detailed reports, BugReplay is designed for your team's internal use and Feedback by BugReplay is designed as a support tool for those who visit your website (the end users). Feedback by BugReplay looks different than BugReplay; end users do not create BugReplay accounts, do not have access to the dashboard, and can only submit reports.

11. What is a User Submission? 
A User Submission is a report your end user submits via your website.
